    This privacy policy is designed to tell you how we treat your personal data as an administrator and also how you can control your preferences and settings in connection with this treatment. The main mission of the team of SAM-KINTI® is to provide you with comprehensive and objective information about innovations in our production, our product range, as well as current events and other topics of public interest.

    What this privacy policy governs and on what legal basis:

    From 25 May 2018 a general Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) begins in Bulgaria.     What data we would collect when entering the option “Registered user”. It is currently not active. These are specific data to analyse user behaviour as well as to provide them with more relevant content and for security purposes:

    Real name, user name, email, last visit, messages, put comments, messages in the forum, visits after registration, as a part are not required.

    Data is collected for all visitors – registered users and visitors without registration, namely:

    Host
    User ID with a high degree of uniqueness;
    Device ID for mobile applications with a high degree of uniqueness;
    Browser ID with a high degree of uniqueness;
    History of pages visited, including secondary processing, in order to identify your preferences to certain types of content;

    When we store the information with us, it is stored physically on the respective servers of the hosting organization.

    How long do we store the information
    The retention of data shall continue until we have the basis for their storage. The Electronic Communications Act and the data shall be kept for the period of six months.
